Shipping policy

We currently ship from Japan.

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For international orders, we ship on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis unless otherwise stated.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any related handling or brokerage charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking their local import rules before placing an order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs-related fees, the order may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping charges and any costs incurred due to the refusal may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.
